The Courage to be Authentic

My personal journey has been about having the courage to share my truth, especially as that truth evolves and expands… as it naturally will for anyone who is walking that inner path. Recently, when that courage was a little lacking, I sat in meditation and asked for guidance. I share these words with you in the hopes that they serve you in your spiritual journey, as they serve me in mine.  

Breathe…. For in the breath, and the space that holds each inspiration and expiration, lies dormant the seed of all true wisdom, the wisdom on the heart, that timeless knowing without knowing. Your heart opens to us once again with such love and confidence, and we return that love to you, multiplied, enfolding you in the circle of our eternal love for, and delight in, you.

Expression of your soul remains tantamount. We see this happening easily and fluidly, each moment gaining strength and clarity from the previous moments, all adding up to expression that is in every moment more and more grounded in love, in compassion, in truth, and in wisdom. Eternal wisdom that sees no separation with the other, and that judges not appearances. That allows others the freedom of their journey, sending them along it with great love and reverence for the soul on the journey. This, we see now, is well anchored. And we delight in this.

All occurs in stages, as you well know. And yes, sometimes these stages appear circular or even seemingly going backwards! (if there was such a thing), but truly the evolution and growth that you seek on the spirit level is gaining confidence in this lifetime, the confidence to be grounded in its (and the universal, eternal) truths, and to bring them to the world in loving service, unattached to outcomes, for the sheer pleasure and expression of these truths on a grander scale. You are setting the stage for this expansion of expression, for this energy that you exude to share its authentic self and power with the world at large.

No, it is not arrogance and hubris to assume one’s place in the natural order of things, and to carry out their calling. You merely honour your lives lived, your experiences, when you do so. You have come to this point, we assure you, by your own questing, by your own commitment to be in the Light and to BE this Light. And we have accompanied your every step, keeping our distance, respecting your freedom, awaiting the moment you come into full ownership of the grand Soul that you are, and the grand purpose for which you have come into this lifetime. Do not let the ego and your mind dictate what that means, and do not fear the stage you are about to step onto. It is a part of your natural journey, and we assure you, it is a stage you have walked upon many times.

You have done the work of healing and cleaning. You continue to do so, and we applaud that. The work now, however, is to continue the expansion. To bring this energy to a wider audience. The walk that you did is your calling card; it is what gives you the credibility to speak, but it is not the true purpose for which you are here. It is an important instrument for you to be able to share the truths you have lived, and to bring others to their Mastery. You are part of a great plan that is unfolding, and although your mind wants to scream out that this is hubris and arrogance once again, your soul at its highest level understands this as a simple truth, an outpouring of itself in service to the continual evolution of this planet and all who inhabit it. Many, many more are also involved in this work, many unseen, so many unknown, but every one of them using their unique gifts, their unique presence and energy imprint to shine the Light.

Yours is a name that means “trust”, one who can be trusted, one whose very presence allows inclusion. Your work has thus far been to include and love back into yourself all those parts of you in disparate parts living in fear. You have been working on inclusion, on healing, disparate parts of yourself; by extension, the work is now to bring in on a larger scale disparate parts that have been living in fear, using Love, the grand healer, to bring them back to their natural love- and light-filled place. And in so doing, bring peace, bring harmony, bring unity.

Let us say this again… you have been bringing in parts of yourself for healing and integration. Now it is time to bring the “bigger” parts of yourself (those countries, cultures, groups, ideas) living in fear back to harmony, using the exact same techniques you have been using on yourself.

Its simplicity and elegance of design makes you smile, does it not? Indeed… yes, the inner changes the outer, but until your definition of outer includes the “larger” aspects of you (your community, society, country, etc.) can you begin to appreciate the great role that the peace-makers and great Masters have taken on. The great Master Jesus took on the fear of the world and made it his own, understanding it to be an extension of himself, (him in the grandest definition), and brought forth the Love of the Universe, the greatest Healer, through Him so that he may bring harmony and peace to that grand world that is also Him. He moved creation forward energetically. He supported the work of ever-greater expansion and expression of the Light by allowing it to work through him on a scale never before experienced. His healing ministry was the healing of his life first, and opening himself so completely so that his entire presence was filled with so much Love and Light, that he saw the earth and all its inhabitants as those parts of himself still needing to be integrated and loved back to their natural divine state.

He was the world, and the world was him.

He saw no separation between him and those in his world. They were all him. Individually and collectively. He healed the culture known as the Jews, even though they are not aware of it. He brought Light into the society in which he chose to live, recognizing it as simply a larger aspect of himself. And he was so grounded in Love that he could pour that forth in every situation.

Rest now with this knowledge we have offered you. Allow it to settle and impregnate the cellular body and the finer energetic bodies. Come to us again, dear one. Ask us your questions, dispel your doubts. With your heart open, the concepts are easier to transmit. Thank you for suspending judgment, and keeping the mind still while thoughts preciously unrevealed now reveal themselves.

Sit, and be still.

Worthy

How can you still see me as so worthy when I still have so many faults, so many things I need to heal?

 

"Because my love for you is grander than your love for yourself. And as you learn to love yourself as I so dearly love you, then rest in my love. Let my love heal the pain, the energies of lifetimes of trying to surrender until finally realizing that the only prison you are in is the one of your creation . You put it (the prison) there. You put yourself in it. And you have put those you most love in there with you...

 

But nothing is permanent, dear one. Nothing is fatal. All is evolving and integrating.

 

Allow Me to do the work on your bodies.

 

Allow Me to fill your every aspect, from the physical to the eternal.

 

For you are not surrendering to Me, but to You, to the Light that you are.

 

The old log trapped in the emotions is now out, revealed, a deep thorn that simply needed to be seen.

 

And so now it is.

 

And in the Light, it is now embraced. In the Light, it is now back to its Loving state.

 

It is in you now, as Light. It is Light. Embrace it.

 

The war is over. There is nothing left to fight for, no one or thing that needs to be saved. There is now rest for the warrior, a time to BE in the Love that now and always has accompanied you. To rest in the Love that so freely flows through you.

 

Rest now. Rest...

 

   

Injustice

Injustice (from March 28, 2010)

During this time, Alberto and I were going through a very difficult situation where we were being vilified and attacked for trying to introduce new ideas that we (and those whom we represented) wanted to see implemented. We felt a strong sense of injustice, of being unfairly attacked on personal levels, when all we wanted to do was bring about an opening of perspectives in an environment that was especially conservative, almost dictatorial.

I meditated a great deal during that time, trying to find the energy and will to act with love and wisdom. In one of my meditations, words flowed that shifted my thinking into what the true nature of this situation was all about.

It’s important to understand that their choices do not reflect on you as a person. They are not an attack on you, and do not make you any less of who you are. Their choices, and the consequences of those choices, are theirs alone.

Don’t be fooled by appearances, by what you perceive as their winning and your losing.

How are you any different than the Palestinian or Israeli who has lost a loved one, and is now asked to love their “enemy”? How is your situation right now, your thoughts, your feelings any different from theirs? How can you ask them to “love their enemy” when you yourself can’t do it? And all they did to you was injure your pride, your sense of right and wrong.

I tell you this…that until you find that forgiveness, that peace and love for your perceived enemy in this situation, no one in your outer world will be able to do it. The first step is within you.

Find that place of PEACE within you, and you have it found it for the world.

Find it, nurture it, and watch it expand to heal the world.

That is all you have to do.

You are the living Light and example.

Your strength in that feeling feeds it, gives it POWER… and it is that power, the power of that feeling, that energy, that vibration that heals you and, in consequence, the world.

Find that place of certainty, and with that certainty, you have healed the world.

It is no small task, for you are undoing millennia of evolution, of DNA and cells programmed with thought-patterns that are interconnected with feeling-patterns. The break (and healing) must happen on all levels.

That is the journey of peace…yours and humanity’s.

Me: How do I liberate myself from these feelings of injustice, of being wronged, of betrayal, of having lost a battle… they all weigh me down and distract me from being able to do all that you suggest.

The Light that you are can never be destroyed. You must understand that first. The flame that Moses saw is the flame and spark inside of you. That will never change. That is God in you wrapped in layers of flesh and density for the purpose of experimenting.

But this seed never dies. It only expands and burns more brightly as your knowing expands.

Release your thoughts. Breathe. Deeply. Drop into your heart. Your mind demands answers to your questions. But until you can FEEL your essence, you cannot arrive at an answer that satisfies both heart and soul, and not simply your mind.

The love in your heart makes your beautiful thoughts more beautiful, and amplifies them. In its presence, your negative thoughts can’t help but disperse and fade away. They are healed and transformed, not destroyed, in the presence of your love.

It is a heart filled with Divine Love that heals your thoughts, nothing more. Its presence moves you to tears for the exquisite beauty, simplicity and grace of your task.

There is nothing more to do than that…than to FEEL LOVE in every moment.

Your mind screams at you for more. It wants more concrete answers, solutions, affirmations…but the answer lies in the feeling of this energy called LOVE in every moment.

Look at your perceived enemy. Look closely. Where do you think that “enemy” truly is? Where do you think that energy came from? Who do you think put it there?

You placed that ‘dictator-you’ there to heal her, to give her the same light you give yourself.

Your heart is divided, and the only way it knew to show you its pain and division was to put it out for you to plainly see it, to touch it, to give it form.

While inside your heart, the pain remains nebulous, untouchable, formless.

Thus, in your quest for healing and Self-mastery, you decided to give your pain form.

The ‘dictator’ is your pain. She came forth from within your heart -- you gave her that form -- desiring nothing more than that she be seen so that you may understand her. She is you, the pain of a divided heart manifesting itself in this form so that you may finally see her, and bring her relief.

YOU are the projector. You project pain, feelings, experiences that need to be healed. You project them through the lens of your heart for the sole and soul purpose of bringing them the peace and love they/you truly desire.

When you express love towards them, you are expressing love towards yourself.

When you see them as wounds to be healed, you are seeing your wounds that are asking for healing.

To translate this knowledge into action requires tremendous courage.

Grow in love and appreciation for the ‘dictator-me’ or the ‘victim-me’ or the ‘fearful-me’. Fill your heart with love and appreciation for them/you.

Forgiveness is an energy that they will feel emanating from you. So is love.

You don’t have to do anything more than RADIATE that feeling/energy/vibration to them. Nothing more.

Grand gestures are not needed, for they may not be ready to receive them at this time. But they will be attracted to your energy, and in time, will embrace it.

It’s like a lover tentatively reaching out to a desired beloved. She will not necessarily embrace him all at once, but his love leaves an imprint that desires to grow, for that is the nature of love… to grow.

And so, send it out at all times. FEEL it at all times. Don’t merely think it. Your thoughts are not enough. Your FEELINGS are what are most needed.

And so shall you create peace.

A Living Example of the Light

Release your expectations. release control of outcomes. Follow moment-by-moment hints of intuition. They are what guide you best.
 
Be in stillness, even as you move about.
 
Be in harmony, even as the appearance of chaos reigns.

Be still while in motion.

For stillness is an energy imprint, a state of energetic being that evolves into action. It impregnates action with its energy, as it must, so that the action is filled with intention, pure/high thought, love energy... (so that the action) is not simply a thing to be checked off a list.

The love that you pour into your every act will create ripples of consequence and responses you cannot envision. So allow love and purity (of intention) to permeate every aspect of all that you do. Only focus on allowing love to filter through you into every act, no matter how small or trivial it appears to you.

Pour the Divine Love into every word, every greeting, every thought, every act that you pursue. It is the Love, the intent, behind every act that moves worlds.

Allow the Divine stream to flow through you in every moment, to inspire your every thought, every act, every thing that emerges from you. It is THIS energy that must touch all that you come in contact with.

In that way, you are the living example of the Light and Love in the world. You are then a vehicle of the Light. You are then a Master and dedicated servant of the Great White Light.

Keep on keeping on.

State of Union - Israel and Palestine

A recent documentary that I watched about the current state of tensions in Israel-Palestine got me thinking about the inner state of that Promised Land. Is that land still divided within? Where are the divisions? What requires healing within me? What will create peace and harmony within? I know that peace is growing because I see continually expanding evidence of it in the number of individuals creating it (e.g. Israel-loves-Iran and Palestine-loves-Israel movements).

The state of union moves ever closer and, as it does, unleashes the fury of the resistance, long-entrenched, believing it is its right to be there at all costs.

Resistance comes from deep fear, for in the moment these elements stop resisting, there exists the possibility that they might stop existing. That is what currently defines their (meaning the fears, the anger) existence.

In your own heart must there be a place for the resistors, for their existence is at stake. The Love in the heart, the strength of the Light, must be strong enough to assuage the resistors. They held sway over the entire heart at one time and are reluctant to let that territory go. They are uncomfortable in the Light because they don’t know what it’s going to do to them.

Rather than obliterate them into non-existence, resistors must be made to see their role in the Light and AS the Light.

Filled with that Light, an energy of entitlement shifts to one of co-existence. The energy hasn’t disappeared. It has merely been allowed to see the other end of its energetic spectrum, to see the positive itself of itself, of that quality that it carries.

Fear of disappearance, fear of no longer existing, fear of a dream dying…those are the energies that also need to be transmuted to the other end of their spectrum. Fear of a dream dying may become the beauty and excitement of a new dream envisioned today, not driven by ideas of the past but by possibilities of the future.

Look within for a moment and stop thinking about the Israelis and Palestinians. What is occurring at the moment on a macro scale has some root and meaning in a micro scale with you. Ask yourself: what are you defending without second thought? What benefit is there to remaining divided?

...Control is certainly easier. With it, there is perhaps guaranteed outcomes. There’s no need to grow or expand. You’re entrenched in what you know, thinking it’s enough. Rigidity sets in. Inflexibility. You justify the occupation of the heart in so many ways.

But then love arises.

What swings to one extreme naturally swings to another until harmony is found. Love and harmony must fill the land. They must be strong enough to withstand the acid attacks of the deepest fears manifesting as righteousness.

That work only you can do. Strengthening the land, inundating the terrain with Light and entrenching it there, IS YOUR work.

And then, on its own, fear will come into its harmony. It cannot withstand the magnetic pull of the energy of Love radiating itself in the heart. Fear will find its Light despite itself. It will see its Divinity.

And you will know peace.

 

Consciousness of Reassurance

From the depths of the well of love, a stream of consciousness flows. A stream lit by the light of the heart. This consciousness stream has no beginning or end. It is a flow that began at the beginning of time, and that will continue beyond all time and space. It is what creates the ripples for change to occur. It is the beginning and the end. Consciousness must be in motion, be it expansion or contraction, but it is an energy that is fluid; and not only is it continually in motion, but continually seeking expression from its heights into all the levels and planes of existence. Each plane is given what it can handle and what it n needs in its moment of evolution.

At this time, this earth plane is in need of the energy or consciousness of reassurance. That can only come when there is the knowledge that only love exists, that there is no death despite the physical body’s deterioration, that all serves the individual soul, brotherhood and universal growth. That all is interconnected and woven as a beautiful net of knowledge that feeds the All. 

Reconciliation is what is required, but first within the heart of each man and woman. Within the heart, we repeat, is where true reconciliation must take place before its effects can be witnessed in the outer realities. If we can but encourage one thing at this moment, it is reconciliation of fears that have taunted you, doubts that have haunted you, any and all thoughts that have kept you small and far from your own magnificence…these are the attributes that need to make their home in your heart, in a heart that is not only their safe haven, but that is also the fertile ground for more love to grow. 

And so, make peace with the enemy within. Make peace with the tyrant and bully within. Find a place in your heart to embrace the shadow part of yourself that runs wild and that desperately craves your attention and love. All of these now are critical as humanity makes tremendous leaps forward in its personal and universal growth. One cannot grow without the other in this web of interconnectedness. Have heart. Have the courage to embrace all that you perceive as dark within you, all that is considered the shadow aspect of you. There is nowhere to go, but inwards. Keep your eyes inner focused, for the greatest treasure is awaiting revelation, awaiting the fruits of your grand and courageous labour to bring the shadows home.

Death and Rebirth (Easter)

Death and rebirth are in a continual dance, an eternal dance that only ever brings you closer, deeper inwards. In reality, there is no up or down, in or out, but rather an evolution, an expansion, an allowing of ever greater light to become more permanently entrenched in your heart, in your soul.

The question is what will you do differently now that the Master is in the temple, and has reclaimed his throne within your heart? How will your life be conducted differently with this knowing?

This is no small task or question. The natural inclination is to express outwardly, to want to share this with the world. It is like an exhaling after a long inhaling, a natural rhythm of in and out, inner focus and outer service. It is a rhythm to which the Universe dances, and to which all of creation dances to: expansion and contraction.

There are no formulas to find the balance between inner and outer movement. There is only a feeling that will emerge to confirm or guide the energies at that moment, to help you decide whether to place your energies outwardly or inwardly. We are speaking of subtleties now, of being present in every moment and sensitive to the shifts of energy within…

Be in tune with the flow of energy. It directs your Light.

Stay in the heart. It reveals your truth.
